Known for her innovative program development and passion for everything to do with education. Shelly has gathered extensive local and international experience over the first quarter century of her career in education.
Shelly has undergraduate and graduate degrees in Education, including publishing her doctoral dissertation in 2012 on improving teaching and learning in Canadian Community Colleges.
Shelly has developed thousands of courses and 100+ programs at both private and public community college’s across Canada and around the world. She is a part-time faculty at Mount Saint Vincent University in the Masters of Curriculum Studies program where she teaches courses in Equitable Program / Course Design, Research, Assessment/Evaluation and Educational Technologies.
